Barbie Inspired Menswear Print

Repeaty print design, inspired by the 2023 Barbie movie. I was completely inspired by the vibrant menswear prints featured in the Ken's shirts in the movie. Taking influence from the colour palette and theme of the Miami beach style set, along with the pink gingham print from Margot Robbie's incredible outfit, I created this repeat print. Mocked up in men's shirting, this print is a fun twist on a classic gingham, incorporating digitally drawn elements which are reminiscent of vibrant beach destinations such as Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach and Miami Beach.
