For three years, I had the pleasure of working with the Colleague Content Team over at Barclays UK. They were renovating their colleague content platform before migrating it over to a new content management system. I provided copy for thousands of pages, ensuring that all content was clear, precise, and in line with Barclays UK brand guidelines. As well as improving the efficiency of the language, I was tasked with mapping and structuring the information so it was ready for the new Adobe content platform. This involved a templating process that structured the information so it was suitable for delivery across many different channels (i.e. via Telephony, Branch and customer channels).
