With no outbound sales for 20+ years, zero marketing presence, I introduced new operational processes, personally catalogued/photographed all stock, and put the historically UK-only business online. It has since generated 7,000+ online sales, 1,500+ 5-star reviews, and has found a customer base in every continent.
