BIMA & AppNexus, a Xandr Company Diversity Survey Launches

All industries have more to do in challenging racism or sexual harassment, eliminating the gender pay bias, or creating positive workspaces where everyone feels valued. It’s easy to assume that, because ours is an innovative, forward thinking industry, we somehow have such issues ‘boxed off’, but the truth is we have to be just as forward thinking in creating a safe, positive work environment for everyone.

The first of its kind in the UK, the survey is an important step in understanding the true nature of diversity in the digital/technology sector. The results will help us know the extent of any problem and play a crucial role in ensuring the strategies for change adopted by the industry are based on data, not assumptions.
The survey is out now and we’re encouraging people working in the digital/technology* industry to complete the survey. We would encourage all our friends and partners in the technology industry to do likewise.
