Biobizz SL. Blog

  • Priscilla Cailleau
For this project, I took the following responsibilities:
  • Creating a visual identity (logo design and illustrations/ animation)
  • Development of the blog in WordPress (UX)
  • Developing and structuring the blog content
  • Finding and managing writers for the blog through affiliated marketing
  • SEO-copywriting (articles and the About section)
  • Promoting the blog through the client’s social media channel
During my internship, I had the opportunity to develop the blog identity and its content for the client, Biobizz SL, who wants to put its blog at the centre of its audience’s attention. In the long term, the platform will indirectly increase brand recognition and loyalty as consumers feel the human aspect and genuine actions of Biobizz SL. in creating a sustainable world.
The blog is known at BioBlog, it aims to create and initiate a dialogue by sharing passion for growing organically, thoughts and information about greener and a more organic world. It also aims to inspire none growers and growers through various content target beginner and professional growers.
To develop a relevant content, I based the project on the client’s main target group, looked through Biobizz customers’ feedbacks and trends within the growing/organic industry.
The development of a visual identity for Biobiozz blog started with the logo. It combines a part of the Biobizz SL.’s logo by putting the accent on ‘Bio’ referring to the organic world. The word ‘Blog’ was then added to emphasise on the website's nature and highlight this page as a communication platform where a dialogue is created between the brand and its readers.
The typography was originally chosen by the client’s artistic team. The client specifically decided to keep it. Thus, to keep consistancy, the blog’s typography follows the coporate fonts.
In term of visuals (after presenting a moodboard to the client), the blog combines photos, infographics, illustrations and videos. The writing tone will be unformal, casual and personal with a touch a humour.
I also had the opportunity to write articles like

Grow Fresh Air, Urban Jungle Influence

based on research on the NASA plants. I illustrated the article using Illustrator.
