The film was released in February 2020 in Canada. The film was supported by a marketing and publicity campaign. Influencers flew to Los Angeles to attend a Harley Quinn themed party and create content for their socials. Another influencer was flown to London, UK to attend the Premiere. Multiple advanced screenings and an international junket were also part of the plan. Locally, Bruce, Harley's pet hyena, was recreated for a stunt downtown Toronto during rush hour.
