Bloedd Amgueddfa Cymru

  • Lauren Patterson

Supporting emerging artists to secure funding from National Museum Wales, Bloedd Fund. The fund focuses on working with young people to talk about what’s relevant and showcasing the diverse talent in Wales and beyond. The project aims were to nurture creativity and discourse, and offer heritage alongside new ideas and art. Jukebox Collective supported emerging artists to bring their ideas to life, from mentorship to budget management and production support.

Patrik's performance took place in the BBC 100 exhibition at the Museum of Wales in Feb 2023, with mentorship by Jukebox Collective Directors Liara Barussi and Lauren Patterson and choreographer Brooke Milliner.

“For me, Jukebox is a place where you get to achieve your goals and become a professional in whatever you want to do, whatever career you want to do, they will support you to achieve that goal.” Patrik Gabco
