Bonsoir Chat Noir is a design for an ongoing set of secret events which allow you to enter the underground, elusive and extraordinary world of cabaret.
The performance lineup, consisting of new artists, is unknown before the event and the location is only disclosed a few days prior. Tickets are seemingly unavailable; hopeful ticket holders have to be reffered by a previous audience member- advertisment relies on word of mouth.
Within Bonsoir Chat Noir the line between audience and performer blurs. The experience creates a community of like-minded people; there to escape the routine of daily life and enjoy the thrill of the cabaret, for ‘in here life is beautiful’.
