This was a project that I started a little while ago, I used quotes from each of the books to give a little taster of what’s to come. I used a system to show what was coming up after the advertised event by putting a timeline along the top. I typeset each quote in the same typefaces the books used, which was harder than it sounds because some of the books didn’t say what they were typeset in.
I think that even though it’s a simple idea it works well and I have really enjoyed this project, the first that I have used colour in. The colour represents genre, which I have explained on the flyer counter-parts to these posters.
