Brighton Pride Float Design 2019
Designed and created the float design for Domestic & General at Brighton & Hove Pride 2019. Worked through a series of iterations, and through meetings with the Pride committee, developed a final design that not only represented who Domestic and General are, but one that celebrated inclusivity. Some details included: the different LGBTQ+ flags were incorporated into the flowers growing through the picket fence and indicative details that made the float. Generated the print files for a specific lorry size and also created some foamex props to be carried by the parade contingent following behind.

The idea was for the float to resemble a home and therefore the float needed to include certain elements that are indicative of a home, like a roof & appliances found within a home. Included core beliefs of the company and their pride committee. Worked on feedback from meetings with the Pride committee to make sure the float was something that everyone was proud of and that they felt it best resembled the company as well as still being a celebrtion of pride.
