Brighton Rock

A large format (A3) comic depicting a scene from the novel 'Brighton Rock'. In this sequence I wanted to focus on the fear and internal conflict welling up within the character Fred Hale after realising a group of mobsters want him dead. Originally a 9 panel page format, I've rearranged them to speed up the pace of the original by not relying on dialogue and skipping certain panels to further convey the sense of anxiousness and paranoia the character gives off throughout the scene.
