The brief was to redesign the BT TV sales journey by refreshing its designs and copy. We adopted a test-based approach, with extensive workshops and user-testing to determine and validate our developmental direction.

The result was a seamless new sales journey, crafted to realise the maximum potential from every interaction. The result was a simple, tidy and straight-forward layout with a clearly defined narrative.
