Building a brand for Ande Bar in Peru

Ande Bar is a peruvian start up that locally sources ingredients to make delicious and healthy cereal bars. It is a great project to tackle high poverty rats in Peru because it supplies jobs to local farmers, manufacturers and sales people. The brand did not have loyal community, faced low brand awareness as well as weak sustainable brand image. Our team provided strategic recommendations to reach brand's key objectives. 1. Increase sales; 2. Enter convenient stores 3. Increase brand following in next 6 months (30k facebook and 5k Instagram); 4. Increase brand engagement by building strong community in next 6 months (100 active followers) ; 5. Launch the official website and provide recommendations 6. Develop recommendation about the visual style of the brand according to the marketing plan (mock-up of the ad, logo, packaging).
