InTheSnow Magazine is the UK's largest, and most widely distributed, skiing and snowboarding magazine. The publication was in need of some direction and strategy with its social media channels in order to grow the audience, establish a digital presence, increase engagement and drive traffic to the website. Alongside implementing a robust strategy for organic, paid and earned content, a style guide, and giving the brand a sense of identity, I was using the power of community management within the UK to keep spirits high when we were faced with another lockdown and no chance of skiing and snowboarding.
