A step up from my original duties as the social media manager for Factory Media, I now oversee and act as a consultant social media of all titles in the Square Up Group portfolio, with a recent addition of 3 printed titles: Square Mile Magazine, Escapism and Foodism, in both London and Toronto. I am the manager of my department, overseeing that we work together towards end objectives. As the Communities Manager as well, I take care to see that there is crystal clear communication between all departments at Factory Media, as well as writing press releases, case studies and working closely with our clients.
A small skiing online magazine as part of the Factory Media portfolio, I am currently the editor and sole staff writer on the title. I manage all of the content, social and the direction of the brand. (Currently put aside due to other commitments within the company)
Managing the voice, content and growth strategy for all the social media for all of Factory Media’s 16 action-packed sports titles from Mpora, through to Whitelines, Cooler Magazine, Sidewalk Magazine, and Dirt Mountain Biking. I oversee the distribution of branded content as well as ensuring that ambitious targets and KPIs are met through creative strategy and biddable media. I also assist hands-on with creating exciting and vibrant social media content suitable for our titles and channels, and working with editorial and production teams to pull together innovative campaign ideas.
