A stop-motion animation considering urban regeneration and (pre-) or (re-) gentrification, while documenting the changing face of a lesser-known London community. The animation was made with used coffee grounds as the main material, reflecting the idea that when a coffee chain enters an area, it signals the beginning of significant investment and development. Created as the final major project for my MA in Communication Design: Illustration at Kingston University
