Are you painting with colored pencils and they don't have a sharp point? Evil! Do you know why? Well, because the paper is damaged and the color is not saturated correctly. There are many other factors to take into account when painting with colored pencil, a technique not as valued as others but with infinite artistic possibilities. And there is something that makes it unique, which is that with it you can do two things: draw lines (draw) and stain (paint), in addition to combining it with other techniques to enhance and define a work. The method of drawing with colored pencils is known as the dry technique, which includes charcoal, waxes, crayons, graphite, sanguine, chalk, chalk, and pastel. There are also watercolor pencils but we will only talk about dry colors. There are numerous illustration techniques, which are applied by superimposing layers from light to dark tones.
