Create an experience which links all areas together  Have multiply events throughout the year to ensure the 'BUZZ' is still there  Showcase digital movie and commentary on company internal channel  Link event with a 'keepsake', attendee get to paint their own pottery  Introduction talk at the beginning of event to communicate the companies history and relationship
