Product packaging by Rory Farrell and LSA International. Canopy was one of LSA’s flagship collections of spring-summer 2019. The styling of the packaging you see here was a sort of subdued, eastern-bloc, modernist tone, in accordance with LSA’s 1960s Polish origins. The overall look was greatly influenced by the goal of the box’s build being of 100% recyclable and/or compostable materials; limiting me to single-colour compostable ink, vegan glue, unbleached FSC certified paper and recycled board. The collection itself was a collaboration with Eden Project and went on sale in March 2019 sold in Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis and more and included 15 products which went on to win an iF design award and with 10 additions due to be added spring of 2021.
