Carra is a black-owned and female-led hair care company on a mission to simplify textured hair care and spread joy to people with textured hair globally. I worked on a verbal rebrand for their new website landing page. To get started, I deep-dived into Carra's marketing insights and began developing a brand strategy to clarify their market positioning, USP and tone of voice. This work was carried out to ensure Carra's messaging would truly resonate with their audience. Carra's verbal strategy then formed the foundations of their website copy.
