About me
Hi, I’m Siobhan, a journalist, copywriter and content creator – with an obsession for unravelling the cultural zeitgeist and societal taboos. I write about lifestyle, mental health, race, culture and travel. My work has been featured in The Guardian, The Independent, ASOS, Refinery29 and gal-dem. I recently featured as a film panelist on BFI's 2021 'Woman with a Movie Camera Summit'. Championing marginalised voices and creating more inclusive narratives are what motivate me throughout my work. Current copywriting projects include JUNO, a financial education platform for women and non-binary people. Exploring feminist issues and the gender gap has always been important to me - JUNO is what happens when finance, feminism and fun get together. I'm also a freelance content editor for Yuup, a digital marketplace for Bristol-based experiences that spotlights small businesses and the power of local communities. I'm a Londoner who recently moved to Bristol and love the change. I'm always on the lookout for new projects which inspire me and connecting with great people along the way. Commissions:
