CENTRO is Mexico’s leading university specializing in creative industries. While being Director of Design my main goal was to understand and identify internal and external communication needs and unify various academic departments into an overall brand identity. I led a team of over 15 people from different disciplines –designers, developers and writers– in order to bring the University’s communications under the same creative umbrella. – Created brand identity and implementation guidelines for each academic program (25) at the University. Devised methods to optimize interdepartmental communication systems.
