Christmas Launch Party Event: Hays Galleria : Christmas Grotto

I was invited to host an event via Hackney Arts for Hays Galleria Christmas Bauble Decorating Launch party this November. I liaised with directors/ event managers of the venue to ensure the get in and get out of the event ran smoothly, tracking updates on capacity numbers and set dressing the space to entice a Christmas Grotto feel to the participants. I taught participants techniques and skills of embellishment/ decorating their Christmas Baubles ensuring all instructions were led correctly and safely to my varied aged audiences. I also guided the audience to personalise their creative works by using various typography/ tools to stylise their baubles to present as a gift for a friend or family relative. Very festive project!
