I facilitated a Design Sprint where our multi-disciplinary team worked in collaboration with the energy product team to understand the problem/s facing energy consumers, most specifically being that if they switched supplier their smart meter could stop working. We sketched potential solutions, dot-voted on ideas, wireframed our proposed design, and guerrilla tested this with users in a central London train station (chosen as we believed it would allow us access to a wide cross-section of society). I then worked alongside a Content Designer to create a hi-fidelity prototype which went into further usability testing prior to launch.
