• Citizens Advice: Smart meter checkerI facilitated a Design Sprint where our multi-disciplinary team worked in collaboration with the energy product team to understand the problem/s facing energy consumers, most specifically being that if they switched supplier their smart meter could stop working. We sketched potential solutions, dot-voted on ideas, wireframed our proposed design, and guerrilla tested this with users in a central London train station (chosen as we believed it would allow us access to a wide cross-section of societ
• Barbican Centre: Members' priority bookingOur small, multidisciplinary team redesigned the Barbican Centre online booking system to allow members early access to ticket sales, and to promote membership to non-members using priority booking as a benefit.
• Barbican Centre: Accessibility improvementsWorking in a small multidisciplinary team, we improved the accessibility of www.barbican.org.uk using data, online tools, and user research. This included adding a 'skip to content' link for screen-readers and easier keyboard navigation, adding a pause button to the hero video on the homepage, and changing colours to increase the contrast.
