City Wharf is an urban collection of stylish canal-side apartments, located in one of London’s most creative districts, only a stone’s throw away from Shoreditch, Old Street and the surrounding Islington area. This project was the result of a winning pitch executed while working at Stepladder. The logo is simple and timeless, conveying modern luxury. It reflects the core values of the product: a premium and contemporary development with striking architecture that pays homage to the rich heritage of the area, once a long-time haven for London’s craftsmen and artisan traders. The premium feel of the development is conveyed through a confident colour palette, where the use of an elegant urban grey is accompanied by a touch of gold. The vast brand touchpoints - from a 190 pages premium brochure to a 100m long monarflex covering the scaffoldings - express elegance and permanence.
