Co-op (Community Engagement Strategy, Rapid UX, Prototyping)

At a time when the public’s faith in established institutions is in rapid decline, it’s never been more important for brands to lead with purpose. Unlike their competitors, The Co-op has been doing that since the late 1800s. I led a team to develop a vision for how they could accelerate those efforts even further, concepting and rapidly prototyping community engagement products. What would later become known as ‘Co-operate’ is now live in Stretford, Sale, Bollington and Urmston.
