Projects
  • Co-op (Community Engagement Strategy, Rapid UX, Prototyping)
Co-op (Community Engagement Strategy, Rapid UX, Prototyping)At a time when the public’s faith in established institutions is in rapid decline, it’s never been more important for brands to lead with purpose. Unlike their competitors, The Co-op has been doing that since the late 1800s. I led a team to develop a vision for how they could accelerate those efforts even further, concepting and rapidly prototyping community engagement products. What would later become known as ‘Co-operate’ is now live in Stretford, Sale, Bollington and Urmston.
  • Natural History Museum (Website UX, Visual Design)
Natural History Museum (Website UX, Visual Design)Can a website redesign drive organisational change? We started with the Museum’s audience, collaborating with visitors, teachers, scientists, and internal staff — showing them the old website, introducing new concepts, and just letting them talk, draw, and write. The new visual design is clean and clear, illustrating the Museum’s scientific expertise, while remaining approachable for all audiences and meeting their strong accessibility standards.
  • Tate Time Machine (Creative Direction, Creative Strategy)
Tate Time Machine (Creative Direction, Creative Strategy)What would it be like to travel back through time to meet Picasso, Rothko, Hepworth, and other icons of the last 100 years of art? That’s the question we answered with Tate Time Machine, a digital experience designed to build excitement for the opening of the new Tate Modern. I developed the core concept and led on the creative direction and strategy, partnering with designers, developers and copywriters to bring it to life. It won multiple awards, including a Webby, two Lovies, and a W3 award.
