I never thought I would work for the Government but when the Central Office of Information (COI) offered the chance to pitch for a project I was delighted to be involved. The ad was to encourage employers to make small changes to help their disabled employees feel more comfortable at work. And the COI were so comfortable working with us they put the agency on their roster.
