Collins Dictionary Refresh

  • Emma Hopkins
After working at LOLA in Madrid I was pumped to challenge myself with the redesign of the grand old Collins Dictionary Series. Staring at my own dictionary (kinda uninspired) for so long, I wanted to create an attractive alternative that would excite those eager to learn a new language. A product that you would proud to carry with you.

Keeping the core language colours, I designed a typographical and illustrative pattern to be applied to each dictionary. The interweaving style shows a tight layout that reflects upon learning a language: once done, difficult to undo.
