- Boardmasters Festival TypographyBoardmaster's is a music and surfing festival hosted each year in the county of Cornwall, England. I was asked to design and create a piece of artwork to sit in the main arena featuring all of the artists names who were playing that weekend. I finally fulfilled a teenage dream of having a portfolio piece with Snoop Dogg in – aww yeah! Initially, sketches were drawn and perfected on the computer before using the 3 P's (Pencil, Posca's and Paint) to transfer onto the 20ft wide wall. The typography
- Colman's 200th AnniversaryIn 2014 Colman’s will celebrate their 200th birthday! Full of excitement at the conceptual brief to create a special pack for this iconic British brand, I researched Colman's and it's history thoroughly and what a wonderful history this brand has! My reaction towards the age of the brand was a shocked one, and it seemed to have shocked everyone I told also. So I combined the reaction of the event with some traditional sayings. I wanted to make sure my outcome dialled up the British heritage and include the core brand assets. I wanted to create a design that was relevant and of the moment yet at the same time retain everything that Colman's is best known for. Did you know, in 1903 Colman’s brought Keen & Son, spawning the saying ‘as keen as mustard'!
- CornettoWhilst working at design agency LOLA in Madrid, we were tasked with the brief to come up with a new print campaign to advertise the classic ice cream product. I came up with a conceptual solution of using a double-sided print to create a 3D mock-up of their product. If the front of the poster were to advertise the flavour and the reverse side was printed with a crisp wafer texture, then once the poster is positioned, you could roll the bottom right side of the corner up to make it look like a Cornetto.
