Come Picnic With Me

Lillie Bell the Label is an independent, Scottish, sustainable fashion label, founded in September 2020 by me, Lillie (Hi!). I am a 22 year old (she/her), with a love for colour and a contempt for fast fashion. I graduated with a 2.1 in Fashion Design with Marketing in Summer 2020, and soon after created my brand. I created Lillie Bell the Label for the free-spirited, the playful and the compassionate; so you can look (and feel) beautiful, without the guilty conscience of shopping fast. I am committed to creating high quality, colourful, ethical and sustainable garments that can be worn season after season. Each item of 'Come Picnic With Me' is designed and handmade-to-order, with love, by me, from my little bedroom in Dumfries. My brand is currently a one-woman show: I do everything from the designing, cutting, sewing, steaming, labelling, packaging and sending out your item, to the marketing, communications, graphics, socials and admin. Each item is made with organic, natural or recycled materials; and is printed with eco-friendly, water based inks. This ensures I don't leave a negative impact on our planet when I'm making your clothes :). Each item is also made to order. This means that (aside from initial sampling) I make your garment only as and when it is ordered, hence minimising wastage and promoting slow, honest fashion.
