- As the COO of LAVOIE, I led and completed the full data integration of CRM systems (Salesforce) with eCommerce and global Logistics platforms significantly under-budget and ahead of schedule. - This allowed LAVOIE to develop its first 360 view of B2C customers as well as B2B business partners, leading to significant cost savings, and richer customer insights for strategic planning. - Furthermore, I also selected and then implemented LAVOIE's first all-company, cross-function collaboration and planning software (Monday.com), reaching 100% adoption rate across all departments. This allowed seamless strategic planning and collaboration across Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing and Customer Servicing for the first time.
