Led our global expansion strategy including legal, financial and tax compliance for USA & EU market entry through extensive, hands-on negotiation. Achievements include:
• Established all B2B & B2C customer service channels and optimised operations efficiency to beat competitor OKRs metrics by >30% by designing sales funnels and post-sales journeys from the ground up and with continuous data insights.
• Owned the full IT integration of CRM systems (Salesforce) with eCommerce, Logistics and Marketing platforms. Established cross-function collaboration and planning IT tools, reaching 100% adoption rate across all departments.
• Spearheaded financial analysis of fraud and blocked payments via Stripe, then implemented new payment processes reducing incidents +150% in 3 months.
