Copthall Estates – Logo identity

Modern real estate built on a rich heritage. The challenge: Capture the story of Copthall Estates, a modern real estate company, with a heritage dating all the way back to the 1920s. The solution: An identity is born out of a ‘CE’ monogram derived from the modern serif typeface Berlingske. The mark is used confidently throughout the identity as a symbol. The identity achieves a modern yet traditional feel through the colour palette and foil printed details.
