As a business & sales manager for Lancôme, I have been involved in the day-to-day organisation of teams of up to seven people. Running events, long-term planning, staff scheduling and administration have been a major part of the job. I have years of experience reacting to the unexpected, taking the initiative to formulate and carry out innovative and focused projects with a variety of objectives, and developing repeatable business processes which have increased my teams’ productivity.
As a customer- and business-facing professional, I have demonstrated an ability to work well with every kind of individual. Fostering co-operation and engendering good-will are an absolute necessity on the front line.
I recently graduated with a Business Management MSc. Major aspects of this qualification concerned Marketing, Strategic Management & Planning, and Leading & Developing People. In putting together my dissertation (on CSR within John Lewis), my research and statistical mathematics skills were put to the test.
