Universal Music Group commissioned research on how the creative industries can better adapt the workplace for people with neurodivergent conditions (e.g. Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Tourette Syndrome) and for making the workplace a better place to work for everyone. It was a privilege to deliver this important research (via Flamingo and Utopia) and see it amplified everywhere from BBC News, Forbes, Rolling Stone and beyond. The final work culminated in a handbook launched by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. You can access the full handbook here: https://umusic.co.uk/Creative-Differences-Handbook.pdf
