The Polish Piknik is a not-for-profit created to offer a diversity of cultural events to the Montreal and Quebec audiences. For two years we succeeded to create several high profile events, among them two years in a row the Polish Community Festival and fundraising events. My role as a Project manager and producer form the start was to take care of the creative output as well as the administrative and logistic strategy. Together with my team, we built the biggest Polish diaspora event in Quebec open for free to the audience of different ethnicities that generated profit to sustain the non-profit under the name of Polski Piknik. We reached to attract more than 5k live audience for a one-day event with 20 different performers among the Quebec. Also, I set up and currently manage a highly engaged social media presence—built a high-quality network of followers on Facebook.
