Hi, I'm Wioletta and I work as a project manager.
I am a person of process. Someone who always works hard to streamline the creative practice whether that’s workload management, refining a brief, or knowing how to re-architect a project as it’s in motion. A fierce navigator to guide from conception to completion, who knows how to balance the craft of design and the necessity of deadlines. A constant improver to take what you have and make it the best it can be! A candid communicator to connect the dots whilst getting straight to the point, who knows how to negotiate whilst building relationships.
As a creative individual, I am passionate, hard-working, and goal-oriented.
I have several years of professional experience in creative design and stage and film production.
I speak fluent French, Polish, and English.

In this creative laboratory, I was offered to create an interactive immersive space for the closing ceremony of the MAPP_MTL Festival. It was a few months of projects where I manage a group of creative and multimedia artists, set designers, composers, and VJ, and together we created a post-apocalyptic vision of the earth. This design was filled with video mappings projected on the natural forest we built, 3D visualizations, interactive installations permeated by light, laser lights, and music.
This role required me to quickly build strong, trusting relationships with the new team so that I could most effectively manage the social community, monthly, plan weekly strategies to bring to life a designed project in the headquarters of Moment Factory in Montreal.
On the day of the launch, we ran successful multimedia immersive- scenography with multiple video mappings. All that was the main attraction for the closing ceremony that later on changed into a celebration space for 500 visitors that one night.
