Creative project with asylum seeking young people in Brent

We worked with a group of 13 young people who had entered the county as unaccompanied asylum seeking children, and are now in the care of Brent council. During the project we were joined by guest artists from Afghanistan and Ethiopia, and we explored art forms including photography, creative writing, traditional styles of card making, painting, and creating zines. The work was showcased at the Yellow in Wembley Park, and young people presented their work in front of an audience.
