Cresfest - Crestron Annual End of Exhibition Party - Amsterdam

This annual party was held for the 2,000 people attending the yearly exhibition at the RAI in Amsterdam. For two consecutive years my company designed, planned and executed the event successfully. My role was to: - Design the layout and finishes of the event with the team once the theme had been decided - Build a budget and maintain that budget - Liaise with the venue on a step by step bases - Mange the lighting, sound and set teams from conception through to installation - Manage crew logistics internationally - Mange the production onsite during the build, show and dismantle - Deal with all health and safety documentation - Liaise with the client
