For two consecutive years my company designed, planned and executed the event successfully. My role was to: - Design the layout and finishes of the event with the team once the theme had been decided - Build a budget and maintain that budget - Liaise with the venue on a step by step bases - Mange the lighting, sound and set teams from conception through to installation - Manage crew logis
