Supporting over 25 leadership projects across the UK for the cultural and creative sector including Women to Watch (50 women ready for the move to senior leadership in the arts), Meeting the Challenge (24 arts leadership networks based around the UK) and the re:freshers leadership festival for 400 arts leaders.
