About me

Working in the arts and education for twelve years, I've been lucky to work at the British Library, National Gallery, Imperial War Museum and the Royal Opera House. I've also helped businesses develop as part of the UCL Entrepreneurship team and developed leaders at Arts Council England. I'm currently supporting creatives and public sector professionals to achieve career progression and career change through coaching and training. Always happy to help those new to Events, Programme Management and Learning & Development/Training in the Creative Sector as well.

  Royal Opera House Management Development ProgrammeSupporting the development and managing the day-to-day operations of the Opera House's Management Development Programme for over 200 Managers from Stage to Costume and Ballet to Opera.
• Cultural Leadership ProgrammeSupporting over 25 leadership projects across the UK for the cultural and creative sector including Women to Watch (50 women ready for the move to senior leadership in the arts), Meeting the Challenge (24 arts leadership networks based around the UK) and the re:freshers leadership festival for 400 arts leaders.

  Google DevFest 2017The largest tech event in Europe in 2017, I lead on the hosting of Google DevFest at University College London. Working across the tech sector, UCL and tech entrepreneurship, this 5-strand, multiple-site event was attended by over 1,200 participants.
