Reimagining my hometown (Yangon, Myanmar) through the language of the colour . The competition brief for Pantone (D&AD new blood awards 2005) . The concept for this brief was mainly based on Myanmar’s capital language alphabet . I made a custom font for Yangon City for the use of commercial branding. Two symbols which I feel represent Yangon City firstly, the river(Yangon River) and secondly, the old colonial building pillars .
