Our routine is full of things that we believe to be essential, things without which we find it almost impossible to survive. Things that haunt us, things we can't forget or leave behind, things that make us go too fast, things that keep us connected, paying attention, alert, awake, worried ... things that, thankfully, we can't find in the midst of nature. There, we can only find what we've never needed.
