Declassified- Value through interaction and discovery

In this project I explored the perception of, and interaction with a product by the user. Specifically, this was done through the integration of secret compartments into functional pieces; examining how this integration could be used to create and nurture value. Through this integration I am encouraging interaction and exploration of these pieces, and providing a means for the user to develop a personal narrative and connection with the piece through the process of discovery and the intrinsic fun and functionality of secure, hidden spaces. My aim was to create valued pieces of furniture with personality, originality and soul. Due to the current circumstances when writing this, a physcal demonstration of this was not possible. To allow everyone to still experience this interaction and discovery I have developed and online portal where you can navigate around the centerpiece of this project- the PokerBox- and discover the secret compartments concealed within.
