This self initiated project delves into the idea of being fully mindful and present to the point where I embarked on a walk alone from point A to B and used a pencil to note down when I came upon any directional changes. Along the way, I would also note down anything I noticed at the point in time. By the end, I had notes and notes of directions and observation and I got myself a typewriter to then relive that journey in the manner that would allow me to be the most present - typewriting! This book of about 60 pages was developed.
