Degree Shows (2018)

Degree Shows at London College of Communication are an annual celebration of the hard work and achievements of around 1000 graduating students from screen, media and design disciplines. Each year the college opens its doors for thousands of visitors, inviting them to experience the events. When developing this identity my mission was to CELEBRATE creativity and talent that goes through LCC's doors. I wanted the design to be fun, quirky and dedicated to the students and their creative journey.

2018 eyes became a key visual of the event, symbolising creative curiosity within the arts and observation of the world around.Their typographic structure and proportions directed the language of other visual assets and inspired advertising graphics, patterns and even wayfinding.
Geometric Signage: Arrows + Patterns
Geometric structures and grids helped to balance the humour of the identity, what was most visible in the college's exhibition signage.
Primary Colour Palette: Red + White + Black
