Design Journal

The challenge was to make a book with five sections. Each section included one project from the unit. I had to learn a lot about book design for this. I had never even thought about book design before this, but I found InDesign as my friend for the creation of it. Without using grids I would have been lost. It taught me about the precision of design. I needed every page to follow and ethos and layout. The finished design did look like a book, which was all I could hope for really. I proved to myself how I could cope with a lot of work. I managed to keep to a tight deadline and produce a precise piece of design.
